VIP Detailed Terms

How to become an Anwel VIP?

The Anwel system calculates a rating based on three indicators: the user's cumulative contract trading volume over the past 30 days, the cumulative spot trading volume over the past 30 days, and the current account's average asset balance over the past 30 days. Meeting any one of these indicators is sufficient to participate in the rating assessment, and the highest level achieved in each of the three indicators will be used as the user's actual VIP level.

How many days can I maintain my VIP level?

The VIP upgrade rules remain unchanged. You can upgrade if you meet any of the following conditions: contract trading volume, spot trading volume, or average account assets in the past 30 days. After each successful upgrade, the corresponding VIP benefits will be locked for 90 days, during which you can continue to enjoy the fee discounts and exclusive VIP benefits of that level.

Why was my VIP level downgraded?

Statistical Data: The system queries three data points over the past 30 days: contract trading volume, spot trading volume, and average asset balance. VIP Downgrade Criteria: If none of the three data criteria are met, a downgrade will be triggered. Execution Time: At 01:00 (UTC+8) on the 90th day after your successful upgrade, the system will automatically downgrade you to a VIP level that matches your current data.

30-day trading volume (USDT)

The trading volume is converted to USDT based on the exchange rate of the currency pair at the time of the transaction, and the cumulative spot/contract trading volume of all currencies over the past 30 days is calculated at 00:00 (UTC+8) daily. For transactions in other trading zones such as USDC, BTC, and ETH, the settlement will be based on the USDC/BTC/ETH to USDT exchange rate at the time of settlement. Trading volume for 0-fee pairs is not included in the statistics; trading volume for discounted fee pairs will be included in the statistics after being converted according to the same fee discount ratio.

Balance(USDT)

Every day at 00:00 (UTC+8), a snapshot of all account assets, including spot trading, USDT-margined contracts, cryptocurrency-margined contracts, C2C trading, and wealth management products, is taken and converted using the USDT exchange rate at the time of the snapshot. The 30-day average asset balance (USDT equivalent) = cumulative asset balance over the past 30 days (USDT equivalent) / 30

Fees for pending orders and orders taken

All of a user's currencies will be converted into USDT, and the total amount after conversion cannot exceed the withdrawal limit for the corresponding level. In addition to VIP level, your daily withdrawal limit is also related to the completion of your identity verification. VIP users who have not completed identity verification (user ID 0) have a 24-hour withdrawal limit of 150,000 USDT.
